The Story County Amateur Radio Club will participate in the nationwide Field Day 2022 event on Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26 at the Snow Bunting Lodge at Hickory Grove Park near Colo.
Snow Bunting Lodge is located on the south side of the lake. If coming from US Highway 30, turn south on 680th Avenue, about 1.5 miles west of Colo. Then, turn west on 255th Street, about 1.6 miles south of US 30. Snow Bunting Lodge is about seven-tenths mile west of 680th Avenue.
The public is invited to join us from 2:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 25, and 9:00 AM to noon on Sunday, June 26 to learn about amateur radio, Field Day, and our public service activities. If you have any questions about Field Day or amateur radio, please contact scarcfieldday@gmail.com.
